Petbook brings pet profiles, local discovery and insurance interest into one customer journey. We are seeking insurer and licensed distribution partners to connect personalised quotes.

The proposed customer journey
- Use a Petbook profile or enter pet details.
- Confirm health history, cover needs and budget.
- Receive quotes from connected participating providers.
- Compare price, cover, excesses, waiting periods and exclusions.
- Choose a provider and finalise through the agreed authorised process.
The demo implements the questionnaire, comparison interface and private interest capture. It compares a researched subset of published starting prices and plan details, not personalised quotations. No data is forwarded to providers.
What we want to agree with a partner
- Quote access: approved API, embedded journey or a secure manual quotation workflow.
- A comparable data format, including excesses, sub-limits, exclusions, eligibility and policy documents.
- The authorised distribution structure and which party gives advice and finalises cover.
- Customer consent, secure data transfer, retention and servicing responsibilities.
- Referral attribution, qualifying events, reporting and commercial terms.
Petbook is seeking a commercial discussion. No referral fee, commission rate or endorsement is implied.
Research behind the prototype
